I have a 2008 450XC and hear a lot of noise from the front brake rotors. How do I tighten the rotors so they don't vibrate?

I have found that if you remove the rotors from the bike and place the rivet on a anvil and tighten the rivet by hitting it with a hammer with help the noise for a little while. It is the nature of the design for them to click.

If you have a floating rotor, like Mr. Britts described, the rotor portion should have a bit of play with respect to the rotor hub. Make sure you tighten the rotor to the wheel hub using Loctite 243 (Blue) and torque to 14 Nm (10.3 lbf ft).
The speedo magnet can also work loose and become noisy. Make sure the circlip is properly in place and try using a bit of silicon around the edge of the magnet to secure it in place.
