We're Moving! Expect some delays in shipping and communication

As some of you probably already know, we’re moving into our brand new dealership facility over the course of the next few weeks. After breaking ground back in April, we’re now way past our deadline and way over budget. The consensus of external opinion seems to be one of lightheartedness, saying “Ahh, that’s just how these types of things go”. Our sleepless nights, however, always recounted the progress as a more dire situation.

Nonetheless, it’s done! It’s ready! And so are we. We’re currently busting at the seams here with bikes and parts are spilling out of the doors. We’ll no doubt have the new spot stocked and filled up in no time.

The transition to the new facility will happen in phases as we try to minimize downtime as much as possible. However, we will surely experience delays in shipping times, support, and communication at times along the way. We thank you for your continued support and we graciously ask for your patience through this process.

We’ll continually have more details, updates, and news to follow. The best way to keep up to date with the day-to-day progress is to follow us on Facebook or Twitter and check for new Announcements here on this section of our Support page.

We can’t wait to get setup and share some photos of the new space with you. It’s a 7500 sq. ft. facility (4 times the space we have now) with the largest Solar Panel array in the State sitting atop the roof providing clean natural energy.

We’re both excited and proud to have grown right along-side KTM as we continue to color the world Orange!

Thanks and stay tuned.

Warm Regards,

ktm-parts.com staff

Could this be why my parts I ordered from Cycle Hut are taking 4 weeks to be shipped to me?  Should I be ordering parts from you instead?

No, Cycle Hutt is another KTM Dealer located in North Dakota. You are always welcome to order from us instead! We are almost back up and running at 100%!

November 10, and still can't reach anyone.  Did this company go bankrupt?  Waiting over a month on a pipe guard and I can't get a response from anyone.  Is this anyway for a company to do business?

@Brownedon. Sorry about any delays, as per the forum post above, it explains that we've been moving into our new facility and orders and communication have been slowed and delayed. We're now almost back up and running 100%. Thank you for your patience and patronage. Can you give us your Order # and we'll check on the status of your order. Thanks.
