We'll be closed today, Monday, March 3, 2014, due to extreme weather conditions. Several employees are snowed in and delivery trucks will be unable to access our facility. To keep things running as smooth as possible, several employees have volunteered to process orders and answer support tickets from home. Please use the Live Chat feature to contact our support staff. We apologize for any delays or inconveniences this may cause. We should be back up and running Tuesday morning.
UPS and FedEx are also experiencing delays caused by extreme weather on the east coast. Here is a message we just received from UPS:
Winter Weather Impacting Deliveries in the Southwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic
UPS is closely monitoring the impact of snow, ice, and freezing rain, causing service delays in the Southwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Impacted states include Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC.
We have contingency plans in place to ensure the safety of our employees and to minimize the weather’s impact on pickups and deliveries.
Check ups.com for the latest information on service delays (including a list of ZIP codes where no pickups or deliveries are being made today) and to track the status of your packages. For impact to UPS Freight pickups and deliveries, visit UPS Freight. As always, UPS is committed to making every effort to provide service to areas where conditions permit safe access.
Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond UPS’s control.
