Shipping: How long will it take to receive my order?

We have a large inventory of fast moving KTM, Husqvarna, Beta, and GasGas OEM parts as well as a large selection of aftermarket accessories. However, it is impossible to keep all 256,000+ parts listed in our online database in stock. Luckily, our location is very close to the KTM PDC (Parts Distribution Center) and is usually only an overnight trip via UPS Ground. (See our business hours)

Our official Shipping Policy can be found here:

In stock items will be shipped immediately. However, most orders do require items to be special ordered from KTM. Please allow an extra 2 days for this scenario. Smaller orders are shipped USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail but larger orders (heavier items) must be shipped Ground using UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Special shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) may be available, please send us an email at or call 304.932.0437 for details. The usual turn around for an order to be delivered should be 1 week depending on the availability of the parts, and your distance from our location. You will receive an automated tracking number email from USPS, UPS or FedEx, there is no need to request a tracking number.

note- The majority of orders are shipped without "signature service." This means that the given shipper, at their discretion, may leave your order unattended as they judge best. These decisions are made according to the policies of the shipper, and not  Once an item is reported delivered by the shipper,, and it's affiliates can hold no responsibility for the security of the package.

If you are concerned about the security of your delivery location, please contact us to arrange special shipping requests at or during normal shipping business hours at 304-932-0437.
