Please Expect Delays Due to COVID-19 Follow

During COVID-19 pandemic situation, we are experiencing a surge in online orders and customer service requests. We sincerely appreciate the extra business that our loyal customers are giving us during this difficult time.
Stay-at-home orders have started to lift and much of our staff has returned to work. We have also hired and are currently training many new team members in both customer service and shipping/receiving. Our shipping delays and customer service response times are slowly starting to be reduced. We are still experiencing significant delays but we are catching up fast!
Special thanks to our staff who are working tirelessly through pandemics, overtime and holiday weekends to get your orders out! This team has worked every single day for the last several weeks shipping out a record number of orders. You guys deserve all the credit!
Your help, patience and consideration of the situation will help improve and streamline the services we provide.
- Please expect customer service response delays. Our team is 3-4 days behind answering your email and message requests.
- Please only use one point of contact for customer service inquiries. If you have sent us an email, WE WILL ANSWER IT. We are not ignoring you, we answer EVERY email in our queue. Sending us multiple emails along with social media messages only further delays response time, since every email and direct message must be addressed.
- Consider using our online chat option during normal business hours.
- Please be courteous to your customer service rep. Some are still quarantined and working from home, answering customer requests as quickly as possible.
- Please expect shipping delays. We are operating at Black Friday volume with half of our normal staff, many of whom are still in training.
- Expect backorders. Backorders have always been an annoying part of the powersports industry. With major global supply disruptions, we are seeing increasing amounts of backordered items, especially items from Europe and China. As always, we make every effort to send you a backorder notification with the most accurate ETA information available to us.
